1:Applications of coal ash dryer:

2:working principles of coal ash dryer :

the raw material plate which is arranged reasonably withchangeableangles in order, throws moisture materials into the rotarycylinder.Then water will be separated from the materials by hot air-flowandchanged into vapour to be discharged into the atmosphere. Thenthematerials would be dryed.

3:Advantages of coal ash dryer:

it is suitable to process materials which moisture contentbetween35%-50%.It can reduce the humidity to 8%-12% one drying time.That meansit can reduce approx.30% for one drying time. But if thehumidity ofmaterials is lower than 35%, the capacity will be increasedwith less offuel.
