1:Applications of coal ash dryer:

coal ash dryer is professionally designed for drying coal ,slurryl,ignite ,coal ash and so on. coal ash dryer has advantages of low cost,low consumption, high capacity, easy operation and maintenance, etc. Inaddition, the round places of pipes can be changed to any angle whichcan save space and solve plant dimension limitation.

2:working principles of coal ash dryer :

the raw material plate which is arranged reasonably with changeableangles in order, throws moisture materials into the rotary cylinder.Then water will be separated from the materials by hot air-flow andchanged into vapour to be discharged into the atmosphere. Then thematerials would be dryed.

3:Advantages of coal ash dryer:

it is suitable to process materials which moisture content between35%-50%.It can reduce the humidity to 8%-12% one drying time. That meansit can reduce approx.30% for one drying time. But if the humidity ofmaterials is lower than 35%, the capacity will be increased with less offuel.
