The Large handing quantity tumble dryer also known as rotary drum dryer,itis widely used in metallurgy,building materials,food,lightindustry,chemicals,coal,medicine and mining industries.

Thewet materials are conveyed to the hopper through the belt conveyor orbucket elevator, and then enter into the feed end through the hoppercharge and the feeding pipe in sequence.Theinclination of the feeding pipe must be greater than the naturalinclination of materials in order to make the materials flow into thedryer smoothly. The dryer cylinder is a rotation cylinder with slightinclination with the horizontal line. The materials enter from thehigher end, and the heat carrier enters from the lower end;the twocontact each other from opposite directions, but there are alsocircumstances that the heat carrier flows into the dryer body, the wetmaterials are heated directly or indirectly by the heat carrier to drythe wet materials, and then the materials are discharged from thedischarge end through the belt conveyor or screw conveyor.

Mineral slag dryer production line consists of rotation barrel, induced air equipment, high speed scattering equipment, automatic cleaning device, transmission device, conveying device, blast heater, speed reducer, supporting device and sealing devices.
