Currently, there are several common crushers applied in Mining industries such as jaw crushers, cone crushers, vertical impact crushers, impact crushers and so on.

Jaw crushers make use of two jaw plates to crush materials which is usually applied in coarsen crushing and hard materials. It consists of fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate. When the two plates move closer the materials will be crushed, on the opposite materials will be discharge when the size of materials is less than the discharging gate. Working principle of this kind crushers is interval with simple structure, reliable operation and hard material crushing.

Cone crushers own the same working principle with gyratory crusher except its application is second crushing or fine crushing for these kinds of crushing having higher standard about the even discharging than coursing crushing. Hence there sets a parallel zone in the crushing cavity bottom. Meanwhile we need to speed the gyratory cone to make sure that the materials crushed more than one time.

Vertical impact crusher is mainly applied in crushing soft or middle hardness and most hard materials such as kinds of ores, cement, refractory material, aluminum clinker, carborundum, glass, machine-made sand, stones and mineral waste residue and so on, especially ultra hard and wear-resisting materials such as silicon carbide, emery, sintering bauxite and so on. In this way this kind crushers is more efficiency than others.
